“Core Safety,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this website and the applicable Core Safety entity. “Website” or “Site” means this website and its content, functions, and linked communication methods. “User,” “you,” and “your” mean the individual accessing the Site and any organization on whose behalf that individual acts.

These Terms apply to every visit and use of the Site. Additional terms may apply to specific quotations, equipment, services, documents, promotions, or transactions.

You must be legally capable of entering into these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of an employer, contractor, facility, purchasing organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for that entity and bind it with respect to your Site use.

The Site is intended for legitimate business and industrial purposes and is not directed to children.

Subject to these Terms, Core Safety grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the Site for lawful internal business and informational purposes. No ownership interest or other license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

The Site provides general information concerning Core Safety, industrial safety equipment, supplies, rentals, field support, industries, and potential applications. Content is not exhaustive and may be changed, corrected, or withdrawn without notice.

Site content does not constitute professional safety, engineering, industrial-hygiene, legal, regulatory, medical, financial, or other professional advice. It does not constitute an offer, acceptance, guarantee, certification, warranty, approved-product determination, or representation that any product, system, configuration, or service is suitable for a particular facility, hazard, exposure, environment, workforce, or work scope.

Except to the extent Core Safety expressly accepts a specific obligation in a signed written agreement, the customer, employer, controlling contractor, facility owner, site operator, and equipment user remain responsible for:

• Hazard identification, hazard assessments, exposure monitoring, industrial-hygiene evaluation, and job-safety analysis.
• Selection, compatibility, configuration, sizing, fit, inspection, maintenance, decontamination, storage, and safe use of equipment and PPE.
• Employee qualification, medical evaluation, fit testing, training, supervision, rescue planning, and work authorization.
• Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, permits, manufacturer instructions, consensus standards, and site-specific policies.
• Verification that equipment and systems are appropriate for the atmosphere, hazardous location, process, chemical, electrical classification, and operating conditions.

Qualified personnel must evaluate the actual work and conditions before equipment is selected, installed, issued, or used. Website content must never be used as the sole basis for a safety-critical decision.

Photographs, renderings, dimensions, descriptions, product names, configurations, specifications, and application examples are illustrative and may be representative rather than exact. Products and configurations may vary by manufacturer, model, revision, location, inventory, certification, accessories, and project requirements.

Manufacturer documentation and the final written quotation or order documentation control over inconsistent Site content. You must request and review current specifications, instructions, warnings, certifications, and compatibility information before relying on a product description.

References to inventory, Gulf Coast support, emergency support, field support, or 24-hour availability describe Core Safety’s service capability and contact access. They do not guarantee that personnel, equipment, products, transportation, technical support, or a particular response time will be available for every request.

Availability, lead time, mobilization, delivery, service level, and response commitments are binding only when expressly confirmed in an applicable written commercial document.

An email, telephone call, quote request, specification submission, or other inquiry does not create a contract, reserve equipment, establish credit, confirm availability, or obligate Core Safety to provide products or services. Core Safety may accept, decline, clarify, or condition any request.

Pricing, quantities, taxes, freight, delivery, availability, substitutions, lead time, payment, credit, warranties, returns, cancellation, rental periods, service scope, damage responsibility, and other commercial terms are established only in the applicable written documents.

Quotations, acknowledgments, purchase orders, rental agreements, service agreements, credit documents, invoices, delivery documents, and signed terms may contain additional or different provisions. Those documents govern the applicable transaction.

If these Website Terms conflict with a signed agreement or written commercial document accepted by Core Safety, the accepted commercial document controls solely for that transaction. Website use does not modify, waive, or supersede any separate agreement.

You represent that you are authorized to provide all information, specifications, drawings, photographs, documents, and other materials submitted to Core Safety. You grant Core Safety permission to use, reproduce, transmit, and disclose submitted materials as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to the request, obtain manufacturer or supplier input, prepare a quotation, support a transaction, or comply with law.

Do not submit classified, export-controlled, security-sensitive, trade-secret, or other confidential information unless disclosure is authorized and an appropriate written confidentiality agreement is already in effect. A submission does not create a fiduciary, confidential, or exclusive relationship by itself. Core Safety does not acquire ownership of your original specifications or drawings merely because they are submitted.

You may not:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
• Misrepresent identity, authority, affiliation, project requirements, or intended use.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, source code, data, or restricted areas.
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated attacks, excessive requests, or disruptive technologies.
• Scrape, harvest, copy, mirror, frame, reproduce, republish, or commercially exploit Site content except as expressly authorized.
• Remove proprietary notices, interfere with security, reverse engineer Site functionality, or use the Site to infringe another party’s rights.

The Site and its original text, graphics, photographs, branding, organization, design, code, and other content are owned by or licensed to Core Safety and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade-dress, and other laws. Core Safety names, logos, slogans, and marks may not be used without prior written authorization.

Manufacturer, supplier, and third-party names, logos, product names, and marks remain the property of their respective owners. Reference to them does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless expressly stated.

The Site may refer or link to manufacturers, mapping services, email providers, social platforms, and other third parties. Links are provided for convenience. Core Safety does not control and does not warrant third-party content, products, availability, security, accessibility, privacy, or practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

You may not test or circumvent Site security without prior written authorization. Core Safety may monitor Site traffic and investigate suspected misuse to protect the Site, its users, and its systems. You are responsible for securing your own systems and communications.

No email or internet transmission is guaranteed to be confidential or secure. Do not transmit sensitive credentials, payment-card data, Social Security numbers, or similarly sensitive information through website-linked email.

The Privacy Policy explains how information associated with Site use and website-directed communications is handled. By using the Site, you acknowledge that information will be processed as described in that Policy.

Core Safety may modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any portion of the Site at any time without liability or notice. Core Safety does not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, freedom from errors or harmful components, or preservation of any content or communication.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Core Safety and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, representatives, licensors, and service providers from claims, demands, proceedings, damages, judgments, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your unlawful or unauthorized Site use, violation of these Terms, infringement of another party’s rights, misrepresentation of authority, or materials you submit.

This provision does not expand indemnity obligations under a separate commercial agreement or require indemnification where prohibited by applicable law.

These Terms and disputes arising from Site use are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law is required to apply. Subject to applicable law and any controlling written commercial agreement, exclusive jurisdiction and venue will lie in the state or federal courts serving Jefferson County, Texas, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there.

Unauthorized use of Core Safety intellectual property, confidential systems, or security controls may cause harm for which monetary damages are inadequate. Core Safety may seek injunctive or equitable relief in addition to other available remedies, without waiving any right or remedy.

Core Safety may suspend or terminate access to the Site, block traffic, or take protective action when it reasonably believes these Terms have been violated or Site security, availability, rights, or users are threatened. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, indemnification, governing-law, and miscellaneous provisions.

Core Safety may revise these Terms by posting an updated version and effective date. Revised Terms apply prospectively from the posted effective date unless applicable law requires otherwise. Continued Site use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability

If a provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance stated.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Core Safety’s prior written consent. Core Safety may assign them in connection with an affiliate, reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or operation of the Site.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement concerning Site use. They do not supersede separate commercial agreements.
