Important Supplier Notice
Supplier approval is subject to Core Safety's internal review and applicable qualification requirements. A supplier is not authorized to provide products or services, incur costs, make commitments or represent itself as an approved Core Safety supplier without written authorization from an authorized Core Safety representative. No purchase commitment exists unless Core Safety issues an authorized purchase order or executes a written agreement.
Core Safety may request additional documentation, including a completed Form W-9, certificates of insurance, licenses, safety records, manufacturer authorizations, references, compliance documentation or applicable product certifications.
