Core Safety capability
Core Safety provides breathing air systems for confined space entry, maintenance activities, turnarounds, emergency response and other industrial work performed in hazardous or oxygen deficient atmospheres. We support both individual respiratory protection and larger crew applications, with system configurations coordinated around workforce size, work duration, site access, air requirements and operating conditions. From the primary air source through the necessary distribution and respiratory components, our team helps customers assemble a complete breathing air solution aligned with their work scope and respiratory protection plan.
Available support
Six bottle carts, twelve pack cascade systems, and twenty or thirty bottle trailers are available for industrial breathing air applications. Equipment can be provided as a trailer only or in available four person configurations based on the work scope.
Thirty and sixty minute Scott SCBAs support mobile respiratory protection, emergency response and rescue applications. Five minute SKA packs and standby rescue kits are also available for emergency escape and designated rescue operations.
Fifty and one hundred foot hose sections are available for both low pressure and high pressure breathing air configurations. Hose quantities and lengths can be coordinated around work area access, user locations and system layout.
Five way splitters, eight way manifolds and regulators with alarms support controlled air distribution to multiple users. Components can be selected according to the number of workers and the required breathing air configuration.
Available equipment includes AV2000 and AV3000 full face respirators, Scott EZ Flo supplied air regulators, Scott and 3M T Bone adapters, SA2100 3M yoke adapters and whip checks for compatible system connections.
Air charge options are available for six bottle carts, twelve pack cascade systems, twenty bottle trailers and thirty bottle trailers. Requirements can be coordinated with the selected equipment and anticipated project duration.
